Spacious room with 1 king size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), Air Condition, Kitchenette, dining table, and a sofa bed for 1 person. Private bathroom. Shared spaces: terrace and garden with pool.
– 2 bedroom apartment (ground floor):
Bedroom 1: 1 king size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds (90 cm x 200 cm).
Air Condition, Kitchen, Dining/Living Room with TV, 2 bathrooms, private terrace. Shared garden with pool.
The garden:
In the mediterranean garden with flowers, bushes and trees you can relax under old olive and pine trees, palm trees, magnolias and huge laurel trees. You have a salt-water pool and a garden shower available, as well as a barbecue and a shared washing and drying machine. Hammocks, chill-out zone, sunbeds and dining tables complete the equipment of the outdoor space.

What is not included:
Cleaning fee per week for the 1 bedroom apartment: 15 €
Cleaning fee per week for the 2 bedroom apartment: 30 €
Heating in the winter is being calculated according to consumption.
Reservation fee:
To fix the reservation, we kindly ask you to make a deposit of 50%.
