Begin your day with yoga practice, continue on with a delicious brunch after it and then you are off to a great start with the right energy for the rest of the day! Some afternoons we will go hiking along the beach or inland through protected pine forests . Other afternoons we do a recuperative yoga practice (Yin Yoga, or Yoga with focus on healing sounds, organs, glands and chakras). During these sessions we also refine our breath and discuss interesting issues on yoga-philosophy. Every day there will be enough time to experience local scenery and its beauty with all senses and fill up your body with new energy. The mild, mediterranean climate energizes all year round. Get to know a different Spain, away from mass tourism!
