Begin your day with yoga practice, continue on with a delicious brunch after it and then you are off to a great start with the right energy for the rest of the day! Some afternoons we will go hiking along the beach or inland through protected pine forests . Other afternoons we do a recuperative yoga practice (Yin Yoga, or Yoga with focus on healing sounds, organs, glands and chakras). During these sessions we also refine our breath and discuss interesting issues on yoga-philosophy. Every day there will be enough time to experience local scenery and its beauty with all senses and fill up your body with new energy. The mild, mediterranean climate energizes all year round. Get to know a different Spain, away from mass tourism!
Isabella Welsch or Sonja Rogge guide the group through a program, with carefully designed athayoga-classes on an intermediate level. Athayoga is Isabella´s own, modern blend of different styles. Many poses allow you to adjust to an easier or more challenging level. We need to know a bit about physical and psychological fitness of a participant: Please let us know ahead if you have any conditions.
